The Supplements You Must Have At Home
November 2026
Supplements are a great way to support your body during times of healing, and are most effective when they are used to target a specific problem or condition. However, there are some supplements that can be beneficial when taken daily or during different times of the year. In this newsletter, we are going to take a look at what these supplements are, and how they can support your body nutritionally.
Why does your body need support with supplements?
It’s well known that the nutrient density is falling in our food supply, and that more and more people are turning to processed foods to reduce the time spent sourcing and cooking food. On top of this, we are now exposed to an even greater number of toxins in our environment, including microbes, chemicals, metals and glyphosate.
Our daily lives have become more and more stressful, and when combining all of these factors, our body’s are struggling to cope with the nutritional demands placed on it.
Some of the areas that we may need nutritional support include:
Nutrient foundation
Daily detoxification and protection
Aches and pains
Colds and flus
Nutrient foundation
Some people need general nutrient support to help their body cope with the demands of their daily lives. This is could be due to long hours at work, a relentless travel schedule, managing multiple school and social activities for their children, a chronic illness or disease, or during times of increased personal stress.
These supplements provide many of the essential vitamins and minerals required to help our body function at it’s highest level on a daily basis.

Daily detoxification and protection
We are exposed to many more pollutants in our environment than ever before. On top of this, we are currently experiencing poor air quality due to the haze, which adds another layer of stress to our body.
There are ways to protect yourself and help your body detoxify, whether this is done periodically or on an ongoing basis. These supplements are a great way to gently detoxify and help your body recover from the environmental stressors placed on it.

Aches and pains
Long hours at the desk, frequent travel or regular gym workouts can create various aches and pains at different times. Chronic injuries or degeneration can also contribute to unwanted discomfort.
Supplements can assist with the management of aches and pains, and help you go about your day to day life with minimal discomfort. Some of the supplements that may be beneficial include:
Lu Rong Supreme — musculoskeletal support, arthritis, anti-inflammatory, nerve growth factors, athletic performance, mood
Black Current Seed Oil — gamma linolenic acid for skin, musculoskeletal and prostaglandin production
Ultra Muscleze P5P — supports muscle function, bone health, nerve conduction and cardiovascular system health
Colds and flus
Supplements are a great way to kick colds and flus quickly, as well as to prevent them from occurring in the first place. If you’re ever unwell, I always recommend treatment to not only improve the function of your immune system, but to test which supplements will be most effective to speed up your recovery.
There are a number of supplements that support the immune system, including some that can be taken during pregnancy and breast feeding.

Supplements are a great way to support your child’s immune system, especially when they are exposed to so many microbes at child care and school. My top picks for children include the following:
Elderberry Tincture — antiviral (especially colds and flus), immune booster, allergy support
Acerola Supreme — one of the richest sources of vitamin C in the plant kingdom, anti-hyperglycaemic, antibacterial, hepato-protective, radio-protective
Organo Immune — homeopathic remedy that supports the immune system
Testing supplements using applied kinesiology
Using muscle testing, I can determine if your body needs a particular supplement, and in what dosage. I can also determine if your body is reacting negatively to a supplement that you are already taking, and make recommendations based on my findings.
My testing and treatment is individualised to each person, even if you are living in the same household. If you have a cold or flu, are low on energy, or simply want to boost your wellbeing, supplements are a great way to support your body and assist with your healing and recovery.
